1. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) launched a public consultation on the Maintenance of Racial Harmony Bill on 16 April 2024.
2. Following public feedback for more time to provide their views, MHA will extend the public consultation on the Bill to 11 June 2024. We invite you to submit your views on our proposals, along with any other suggestions on the Bill.
